Baggage Policy
Travelers can check-in online or at the airport, as well as at self-service check-in kiosks. Online check-in starts 72 hours and closes 90 minutes before the scheduled departure. For all international flights, travelers must check-in within 2 hours at the airport.

Azul Brazilian Airlines offers three classes of service distinguished by seating comfort and meals. For all its classes of service, Azul provides top-notch Panasonic Avionics eX3 system for its inflight entertainment offering. Its offers power outlets and LiveTV through individual entertainment screens at every seat. However, there is no Wi-Fi.
Economy: The Economy passengers are treated to comfortable 31-34 inch seat pitch and width of 17-18. The aircrafts have two by two seating with no middle seats. Passengers enjoy complimentary beverages and snack assortment. Azul also offers Skysofa - a group of four seats that can be turned into a large couch for families, couples, and friends traveling together.
Economy Extra: Slightly upgraded Economy seats provide additional legroom with extra three inches of pitch as compared to Economy. The meals and beverage menu is similar as an Economy.
Business Class: The top class of the airline offers ultra comfortable seats that convert to a fully lie-flat bed, with a seat pitch of 59-60 inch and a width of 21. The aircraft interior is modern and spacious with an all-aisle access in a 1-2-1 configuration. Passengers are offered exclusive meals, snacks, and beverages.

Azul Brazilian Airline does not own/operate any lounge. It has several hub airports the main being the Viracapos International Airport serving Campinas, Sao Paulo, and Brazil.
