Mexico City has plenty in store for you in terms of tradition. There is plenty of art and culture to witness in every part of the city. And if you are heading there in November, do make sure to catch the Day of The Dead Celebrations. It is a celebration of life and death with colorful costumes and masks on every street in the city. It happens on the first two days of November. And if you are looking for the Mayan ruins then visit Chichén Itzá from July to October when you can get the best travel deals. A word of caution for you. Stay away from the Hurricanes or Storms that can creep up during this time.

Everyone talks about the exotic beaches of Mexico but if you are looking for something cooler, then head up to the highlands to the mystical city of San Cristóbal de las Casas. It offers another side to Mexico. Don’t visit during the winter months as it can become chilly.
